Product Description

Prusament Resin Flex80 Transparent Clear 1kg is a premium flexible photosensitive resin from Prusa Polymers, designed for MSLA/LCD 3D printers (405 nm). With a hardness around 80 Shore A, it behaves similarly to softer rubber – prints are flexible, impact-resistant, and suitable for repeated bending.

Unlike many other flexible resins on the market, Prusament Flex80 has significantly lower viscosity and odor, which facilitates mixing, removal from the resin tank, and subsequent cleaning of models in isopropyl alcohol. The Transparent Clear variant is specially developed to minimize unwanted yellowing after curing and offer the cleanest clear appearance possible.

The resin is optimized for Original Prusa SL1 and SL1S SPEED, where it achieves very short exposure times and high productivity. At the same time, it is compatible with most common third-party MSLA printers (Creality, Anycubic, Elegoo, etc.) that use a 405 nm wavelength – just adjust the exposure times according to the printer manufacturer's recommendations.

Safety and Handling

• Fully cured prints (thermoset material) are not recyclable like common filaments – they belong in general waste.
