WORCAM PLA Metallic Green 1kg – impressive and easy-to-print filament
PLA filament by WORCAM is designed for reliable everyday printing and is based on a proven formula used for other color variants of WORCAM PLA. Just like these variants, it offers:- biodegradability and health safety,
- very easy printing without odor,
- high hardness and good mechanical properties,
- minimal shrinkage and stable print dimensions.
Material properties of WORCAM PLA
- Easy printing – PLA is one of the simplest materials for both beginners and advanced users. A closed chamber or extremely precise tuning is not necessary.
- Low thermal expansion – prints hardly warp on the build plate, which is ideal for larger models and long prints.
- High hardness – suitable for decorations, prototypes, models and parts that are not exposed to high temperatures for a long time.
- Biodegradable material – PLA is based on polylactic acid, usually made from corn or other plant starch.
- Surface with metallic effect – metallic pigment scatters light and reduces the visibility of layers, improving appearance even with coarser layer settings.

- Bed temperature: approx. 50–60 °C (on some printers it is possible to print without heating, but a heated bed is recommended for better adhesion)
- Print speed: 40–60 mm/s (on well-cooled printers even more)
- Part cooling: 80–100 % (standard for PLA, helps with details and overhangs)
