PETG is less hygroscopic than nylon, for example, but still absorbs moisture from the air, which can cause:

• store the filament in a sealed bag/box with desiccant
• if signs of moisture appear, dry the filament (approx. 55–65 °C for several hours in a filament dryer or food dehydrator)
