Product description
WORCAM PETG Red Brown 1kg – durable filament for everyday use
WORCAM PETG in a red brown shade is a high-quality filament designed for reliable 3D printing of functional and aesthetic parts. PETG material combines printability similar to PLA with mechanical resistance approaching ABS. Thanks to low shrinkage during printing, it is also suitable for larger models and precise technical parts. The red brown color gives your prints an elegant yet subtle look – great for design accessories, electronics covers, mounts, jigs, or models for hobby and professional use.Main advantages of WORCAM PETG material
- High toughness and strength – suitable for mechanically stressed components, mounts, jigs, and functional parts.
- Better heat resistance than PLA – parts deform less at higher operating temperatures.
- Low shrinkage and warping – models adhere well to the build plate; the filament is suitable for larger prints.
- Easy printing similar to PLA – no enclosed chamber required; suitable even for slightly advanced users.
- Consistent filament diameter – stable feeding and even layers for a quality print surface.
- Universal use – compatible with most common FDM/FFF 3D printers using 1,75 mm filament diameter.
Recommended applications
WORCAM PETG red brown is particularly suitable for:- functional and structural parts (mounts, brackets, jigs, parts for 3D printers)
- covers and boxes for electronics
- technical models, prototypes, and small series of parts
- decorative and designer elements, interior accessories
Recommended print settings
Specific values may slightly vary depending on the printer type, hotend, and cooling. Treat them as starting recommendations and fine-tune if needed.
- Nozzle temperature: approx. 230–250 °C
- Bed temperature: approx. 70–85 °C
- Print speed: approximately 40–60 mm/s
- Fan: medium power (lower than with PLA, for better layer adhesion)
- Build plate: glass, PEI, textured sheet, etc. – it is recommended to use a suitable adhesive aid (glue, spray, etc.)

Tips for achieving high-quality prints
- Before printing, check the cleanliness of the nozzle and the condition of the build plate; PETG adheres better to a degreased surface.
- If adhesion to the build plate is too strong, lower the first layer temperature or use a separation layer (e.g. glue stick).
- For higher part strength, increase the nozzle temperature and slightly reduce cooling.
- For bulky prints, consider lower speed and higher bed temperature to minimize warping.
Key properties:
- Czech PETG filament in an attractive red brown color for functional and design prints.
- High strength and toughness – suitable for mechanically stressed and structural components.
