Product description
WORCAM PETG Chocolate Brown 1kg
WORCAM PETG Chocolate Brown is a universal filament for everyday 3D printing that offers an excellent price-quality-reliability ratio. The dark brown shade in the "Chocolate Brown" style gives your prints an elegant and natural look – great for design models, covers, holders, decorations, and functional interior parts.
PETG combines strength and toughness similar to ABS with ease of printing close to PLA. It is impact resistant, has good chemical resistance, and thanks to its slight flexibility, it handles stress better without cracking.
Main advantages of WORCAM PETG Chocolate Brown
- Universal technical material – ideal for functional and aesthetic parts
- Elegant chocolate brown shade – suitable for design elements, accessories, boxes, and prototypes
- Good toughness and impact resistance – less brittle than PLA
- Higher temperature resistance than PLA – suitable for parts used in warmer environments
- Low shrinkage and excellent interlayer adhesion – minimizes warping and cracking
- Dimensional accuracy ± 0.05 mm – reliable printing even for precise parts
- Compatible with Bambu Lab AMS – spool designed for smooth filament feeding in automatic feeders (according to the WORCAM PETG series)
Recommended use
WORCAM PETG Chocolate Brown is suitable for:
- functional and technical parts for home and workshop
- holders, grips, organizers, electronics covers
- design and interior decorations in natural tones
- product prototypes, packaging, mock-ups, and models
- parts requiring better thermal and mechanical resistance than PLA
Printing settings (indicative)
Parameters are based on official WORCAM PETG series data and typical PETG settings:
- Nozzle temperature: 230–245 °C
- Bed temperature: 75–85 °C
- Recommended printing speed: up to approx. 80 mm/s (for quality surface 40–60 mm/s recommended)
- Fan: low to medium power (0–50 % depending on model geometry)
- Bed: textured/smooth PEI, glass with suitable adhesive agent, textured surfaces
When printing taller or more massive parts, we recommend reducing the speed, limiting airflow around the model, and ensuring good cooling only where needed for detail quality.
Material properties of PETG
- very good mechanical strength and toughness
- higher temperature resistance than PLA (parts deform less in higher environment temperatures)
- good chemical resistance to common chemicals
- low shrinkage and minimal warping during printing
- great interlayer adhesion, parts do not crack at the layer joints
Thanks to these properties, PETG is popular for functional prototypes, end parts, and mechanically stressed components.
