TPU Flex 55D white PRINT-ME 1.75 mm 450 g

Flex, commonly referred to as rubber, is an elastomer characterized by very high flexibility. Flex is a hybrid material that combines the properties of rubber and other thermoplastic materials such as PLA or ABS.
It is a special rubber-like photopolymer, but with its own characteristics ideal for 3D printing. This material is suitable for producing countless parts such as keychains, mobile phone cases, RC tires, and other components designed to absorb impacts. These are thermoplastic elastomers made from a blend of hard plastic polymers, e.g., polypropylene (PP), and soft rubber materials. They also contain additives, which may include oil, fillers, and others.

This elastomer primarily guarantees elasticity and flexibility. Printed details can reach a Shore hardness of 40D. Most importantly, you can achieve excellent print results across the full temperature range, i.e., 220 – 245 °C. Flex 40D filament is made from FDA-certified material. We recommend printing on printers equipped with a direct-drive extruder.
