TPU Flex 40D Red PRINT-ME 1.75 mm 450 g

Flex, commonly referred to as rubber, is an elastomer characterized by very high flexibility. Flex is a hybrid material that combines the properties of rubber and other thermoplastic materials such as PLA or ABS.
It is a special photopolymer similar to rubber, but with characteristics ideal for 3D printing. This material is suitable for producing countless parts such as: keychains, mobile phone cases, RC tires, and other components designed to absorb impacts. These are thermoplastic elastomers made from a blend of hard plastic polymers, e.g., polypropylene (PP), and soft rubbery materials. They also contain additives, which can include oil, fillers, and others.

This elastomer primarily ensures elasticity and flexibility. Printed details can reach a Shore hardness of 20D, which corresponds approximately to 70A. Most importantly, you can achieve excellent print results across the entire temperature range, i.e., 220 – 245 °C. Flex filament is made from FDA-certified material. We recommend printing on printers equipped with a direct-drive extruder.
