Sunlu PLA Wood

SUNLU PLA Wood is a high-quality 3D printing filament that combines the benefits of PLA with the aesthetic and tactile properties of real wood. It contains 15% wood powder, ensuring an authentic wood look and aroma during printing.

•Authentic wood texture: Thanks to the real wood powder content, the print achieves a natural look and a fine, matte surface reminiscent of real wood.

•Optimized for high-speed printing: The filament is designed for print speeds from 50 mm/s to 400 mm/s, enabling efficient and smooth printing without compromising quality.

•Wide compatibility: Compatible with all SUNLU printers and most FDM 3D printers on the market, ensuring versatile use.

•Diameter: 1.75 mm (tolerance ±0.03 mm)

•Printing temperature:

•195–205 °C for speeds 50–100 mm/s

•205–215 °C for speeds 100–150 mm/s

•215–260 °C for speeds 150–400 mm/s

•Bed temperature: Recommended 60 °C; when using glue, heating is not necessary

•Weight: 1 kg (net weight)

•Filament length: Approximately 330 m

Applications:

SUNLU PLA Wood is ideal for printing decorative items, furniture, architectural models, and other objects where a natural wood appearance is desired. 

Note:

When printing with PLA Wood, nozzle clogging may occur in some cases. Especially high nozzle temperatures can cause carbonization of wood particles.
