Prusament PLA Prusa Pro Green 1kg is a top‑class PLA filament made in‑house by Prusa Research. Thanks to strict quality control throughout the entire process it offers a very stable filament diameter, homogeneous color and excellent printing properties. The professional green shade Prusa Pro Green is suitable both for technical prototypes and for representative models and design parts.

PLA material is characterized by minimal shrinkage and excellent dimensional accuracy, making it ideal for large prints without warping and corner lifting. At the same time, it is easy to print even on open printers and does not require special equipment.

Recommended print settings

Specific values may vary slightly depending on the printer and environment.

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 210 °C ± 10 °C
• Bed temperature: 40–60 °C
• Print surface: PEI (smooth / textured), glass, or glue stick or tape if needed
• Cooling: 100 % part cooling (standard PLA profile)
• Recommended layer height: 0,10–0,25 mm

Before printing, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the print surface (IPA, or in line with the printer manufacturer’s recommendations) to ensure reliable adhesion of the first layers.

Material applications

Prusament PLA Prusa Pro Green is particularly suitable for:

• Design and presentation models in a professional‑looking green shade
• Functional prototypes and technical parts where dimensional accuracy is important
• Models, figurines and miniatures with a strong focus on detail
• Decorations, accessories, mounts, jigs and common utility items for interior use

Due to the characteristic properties of PLA it is not suitable for high‑temperature and long‑term outdoor use (lower heat and UV resistance).

Safety and post‑processing

• The material can be further post‑processed after printing (sanding, painting, varnishing)
