Overview
Hello3D Flexible TPU 0.8 kg – Rainbow A is a high-quality flexible filament based on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with an attractive rainbow appearance. Thanks to a Shore hardness of 95A, it is suitable for flexible functional parts as well as aesthetic models.
Note: The “Rainbow A” designation is used by Hello3D for rainbow colorway; the resulting color gradient may vary depending on the model length and the section of the spool.

Recommended print settings
- Nozzle temperature: 190–225 °C
- Bed temperature: 0–60 °C
- Print speed: ~25 ± 10 mm/s (with TPU, slower is better)
- Nozzle: ≥ 0.4 mm
- Extruder: ideally direct drive; for Bowden, print slower with minimal retraction.
These parameters are based on Hello3D’s recommendations for TPU (0.8 kg) and common TPU printing practices.
Tips for perfect prints
- TPU is hygroscopic – dry before printing (e.g., in a filament dryer).
- Limit retractions and travel over gaps; increase flow for flexible details.
- For more pronounced color gradients, choose larger models or “vase mode”.
