TPU Flex 40D gray PRINT-ME 1.75 mm 200 g

Flex, commonly referred to as rubber, is an elastomer characterized by very high flexibility. Flex is a hybrid material that combines the properties of rubber and other thermoplastics such as PLA or ABS.
It is a special photopolymer similar to rubber, but with characteristics ideal for 3D printing. This material is suitable for producing a wide range of parts, for example: keychains, mobile phone cases, RC tires, and other components designed to absorb impacts. These are thermoplastic elastomers made from a blend of hard plastic polymers, e.g., polypropylene (PP), and soft rubbery materials. They also contain additives, which may include oil, fillers, and more.

This elastomer primarily ensures elasticity and flexibility. Printed parts can achieve Shore hardness 40D. Most importantly, you can achieve excellent print results across the full temperature range of 220 – 245 °C. Flex 40D filament is made from FDA-certified material. We recommend printing on printers equipped with a direct-drive extruder.
