TPU Flex 40D white PRINT-ME 1.75 mm 200 g

Flex, commonly referred to as rubber, is an elastomer characterized by very high flexibility. Flex is a hybrid material that combines the properties of rubber and other thermoplastic materials such as PLA or ABS.
It is a special photopolymer similar to rubber, but with characteristics ideal for 3D printing. This material is suitable for producing countless parts such as keychains, mobile phone cases, RC tires, and other components designed to absorb impacts. These are thermoplastic elastomers made from a blend of hard plastic polymers, e.g., polypropylene (PP), and soft rubber materials, along with additives such as oil, fillers, and more.

This elastomer primarily ensures elasticity and flexibility. Printed parts can reach a Shore hardness of 40D. Most importantly, you can achieve excellent printing results across the entire temperature range, i.e., 220 – 245 °C. Flex 40D filament is made from FDA-certified material. We recommend printing on printers equipped with a direct extruder.
