Flex 20D black PRINT-ME 1.75 mm 200 g

Flex, commonly referred to as rubber, is an elastomer characterized by very high flexibility. Flex is a hybrid material that combines the properties of rubber and other thermoplastic materials such as PLA or ABS.
It is a special rubber-like photopolymer with characteristics ideal for 3D printing. This material is suitable for producing a wide variety of parts, for example: keychains, mobile phone cases, RC car tires, and other parts designed to absorb impacts. These are thermoplastic elastomers made from a blend of hard plastic polymers, e.g., polypropylene (PP), and soft rubber materials. They also contain additives, which can include oil, filler, and others.

This elastomer primarily ensures elasticity and flexibility. Printed parts can reach a Shore hardness of 55D. Most importantly, you can achieve excellent print results across the full temperature range, i.e., 220 – 245 °C. Flex 55D filament is made from FDA-certified material. We recommend printing on printers equipped with a direct-drive extruder.
