- improved printing properties compared to standard PLA:
- lower printing temperature 195 °C, making it suitable for bridging and printing overhangs
- higher layer adhesion and impact toughness – meaning the printed object is more flexible under stress
- higher viscosity = does not clog the nozzle
- the material better tolerates insufficient printer cooling in warm environments (for example in summer months), thanks to the lower printing temperatures used and higher viscosity
- it is suitable for 3D pens, again due to the lower temperatures
- it has an attractive matte surface
