Product description
Extrudr DuraPro PC/PBT CF – black, 700 g
Extrudr DuraPro PC/PBT CF is a composite blend of polycarbonate and PBT reinforced with carbon fibers. The material offers high stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability with minimal shrinkage tendency, plus an elegant matte carbon appearance. Ideal for precise, functional, and thermally stressed parts.
Why choose DuraPro PC/PBT CF
- Outstanding strength-to-weight ratio thanks to CF reinforcement.
- High heat resistance: Vicat A 130 °C; HDT 115 °C (0.45 MPa) / 89 °C (1.8 MPa).
- Very good chemical resistance and low distortion during printing.
- Matte carbon surface for a professional part appearance.
Recommended applications
- Fixtures, jigs, and production accessories
- Covers and functional parts in automotive and mechanical engineering
- Components subjected to thermal and mechanical loads

Tips for successful printing
- Dry the material in a dryer before printing for consistent results.
- Use an enclosed printer and stable thermal conditions to minimize internal stresses.
- Higher nozzle temperatures improve layer adhesion; start in the middle of the recommended range.
Storage
Store in a dry place at 18–27 °C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. When stored properly, shelf life is up to 2 years.
