Tips for successful printing
- Reduce retraction and infill/perimeter speeds; TPU works better with a gradual material flow.
- Prefer direct drive extrusion. With Bowden, print more slowly and shorten the filament path.
- Protect the material from moisture and store it in a dry place; TPU is hygroscopic – dry filament improves surface finish and layer adhesion.
