Product description
BIQU Morphlex – Variably Hard Flexible Filament for 3D Printing, 1.75mm, 1kg
Ideal for printing outsoles, ergonomic grips, soft accessories, and functional prototypes with varying hardness within a single print.
Special features
-
Variable hardness within a single filament
The BIQU Morphlex filament allows you to change the final material hardness by adjusting the printing temperature in the range of Shore 65A–90A, without swapping the spool.
-
Top-notch interlayer adhesion
Even at lower hardness, the filament maintains excellent layer cohesion and low deformation.
-
High elasticity
It can be stretched up to 680% without failure – ideal for applications requiring extreme flexibility.
-
Compatibility with standard extruders
Printable on most common FDM printers, including both direct-drive and Bowden extruders. (For Bowden setups, we recommend lower speed.)
Recommended printing parameters
-
Filament diameter: 1.75 mm
-
Nozzle temperature: 200–260 °C
-
200 °C = lower hardness (approx. 65A)
-
260 °C = higher hardness (approx. 90A)
-
-
Bed: 40–60 °C
-
Print speed: 20–40 mm/s (slower recommended for better quality)
-
Build surface: PEI, textured plate, or glue stick (for better adhesion)
Packaging
-
Spool weight: 1 kg (net filament weight)
-
Vacuum-packed with desiccant sachet
Tip from 3D Stisk
By changing the printing temperature during the print, you can create zones with different hardness (e.g., outsole + infill with varying hardness). Ideal for personalized products.
