Bambu PLA Silk
Bambu PLA Silk offers a silky, highly glossy finish that adds a luxurious look to your prints while maintaining the ease of use of PLA. Bambu PLA Silk differs from other silk filaments and shows greater resistance to breakage when using AMS printing. It is ideal for decorations, art projects, and 3D character models, or any parts where you want a glossy look.

Compared with regular PLA Silk, Bambu PLA Silk is reinforced and shows greater resistance to breakage when using AMS printing.
Controllable gloss
The visual gloss of models printed with Silk material can be controlled by print temperature and speed. Higher print temperatures and/or lower speeds are recommended for glossier surfaces.
Recommended settings: nozzle temperature: 230 - 240 °C, outer wall speed: 30 - 60 mm/s
RFID for intelligent printing
All print parameters are embedded in RFID, which can be read through our AMS (Automatic Material System).

Printing tips
• Drying PLA Tough is optional. Recommended drying conditions are 55 ℃ for 8 hours in a dryer and 75 ℃ for 12 hours on the printer’s heated bed. Learn more about filament drying. For more details, see the Filament Drying Cover section on the WIKI.
