For maximum gloss, we recommend printing at higher temperatures (230-240 °C) and lower speeds (30-60 mm/s for outer walls).

Enhanced toughness and AMS compatibility
Compared to regular PLA Silk, Bambu PLA Silk is toughened and shows greater resistance to breakage when using AMS printing.

Adjustable gloss
The visual gloss of a model printed with Silk material can be controlled by print temperature and speed. For glossier surfaces, higher printing temperatures and/or lower speeds are recommended.
Recommended settings: nozzle temperature: 230 - 240 °C, outer wall speed: 30 - 60 mm/s

Printing tips
