Product description
3DPower ASA - durable in all conditions!
3DPower ASA filament is resistant to UV radiation. High mechanical strength and thermal resistance (up to approx. 90 °C) make 3DPower ASA an unrivaled material for printing parts that are constantly exposed to the elements.
In addition, compared to ABS, 3DPower ASA filament, apart from the mentioned weather resistance, is characterized by low shrinkage. The durability of prints made from 3DPower ASA filament is similar to ABS, but the printing process itself is easier. Moreover, 3DPower ASA does not require an enclosed chamber when printing small and medium-sized parts.
Details made from 3DPower ASA filament are easy to post-process; they can be sanded, painted, and drilled.
Our filament is compatible with most FDM 3D printers. 3DPower ASA is an excellent material for printing parts exposed to changing outdoor conditions, making it a suitable choice for producing mechanical structures and even everyday items used in the field.
Each spool is packed in a vacuum-sealed bag with a desiccant.
Why 3DPower ASA filament?
- UV resistance
- High durability
- Higher chemical resistance than ABS
- High interlayer adhesion
- High mechanical strength
- Relatively low processing shrinkage
