Prusament PLA Pineapple Yellow is a high-quality PLA filament manufactured in-house by Prusa Research / Prusa Polymers a.s. in Prague. Each batch is carefully monitored, resulting in filament with a diameter tolerance of ±0,02 mm, excellent layer adhesion and a very consistent deep yellow color.
This shade Pineapple Yellow (pineapple yellow, HEX approximately #EFD00B–#E8C817) is bold, highly visible and perfectly suited for decorations, cosplay, prototypes, promotional items, school projects and functional plastic parts, where color prominence and a clean surface are important.

PLA is a hard but more brittle material – it is not intended for highly stressed or flexible parts.
Packaging and storage
- The filament is supplied on a spool with a total weight of approx. 1,3 kg including the spool.
- Vacuum-packed with a silica gel bag for moisture protection.
- For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the spool in a resealable bag or box with a desiccant.
If it absorbs moisture, PLA can be gently dried in a filament dryer or an oven at approx. 40–45 °C for several hours (according to the manufacturer’s recommendations).
