Prusament PLA Lipstick Red 1kg (NFC)
Prusament PLA Lipstick Red is a premium PLA filament manufactured in-house by Prusa Polymers. Thanks to very strict quality control and dimensional tolerance of ±0,02 mm you get a reliable material for everyday printing as well as detailed projects. The Lipstick Red shade is a rich, vivid red reminiscent of lipstick – perfect for models meant to catch the eye.

Print settings (recommendations)
- Nozzle temperature: 210 ± 10 °C (usually 200–220 °C depending on the printer and speed)
- Bed temperature: 40–60 °C
- Print speed: up to approx. 200 mm/s (recommended to adapt to the capabilities of the printer)
- Cooling: 100 % (strong part cooling for the best detail quality)
- Recommended build plates: smooth, textured or satin PEI sheet; it is also possible to print on glass with glue or other adhesive.
Before printing, always ensure a clean bed surface (degrease with isopropyl alcohol) and a properly calibrated first layer.

Post-processing and gluing
- Sanding: wet sanding is recommended to avoid local melting and clogging of the abrasive.
- Gluing: cyanoacrylate adhesives are particularly suitable (instant/superglue-type adhesives). With some PLA blends, solvents can also be used, but it depends on the specific pigments; with Lipstick Red it is safer to use classic glue.
