• Bed Temperature: approx. 60 °C (range 40–60 °C)
• Recommended Surface: PEI smooth / textured, glass, adhesive tape
• Cooling: 100 % fan for PLA
• Recommended Layer Height: 0,10–0,30 mm

Printing and Processing Tips

• Before printing, clean the print bed (isopropyl alcohol, according to printer manufacturer recommendations).
• For better first layer adhesion, use a correctly calibrated Z-axis and a clean surface.
• PLA is relatively hard but brittle – avoid excessive bending when assembling parts.
• For sanding, we recommend wet sanding to prevent overheating and clogging of the abrasive.
• Parts can be glued using common cyanoacrylate (super) glues.

Safety and Storage

• Store in a dry place, ideally in a sealed bag or box with desiccant.
• Protect from long-term UV radiation and higher temperatures.
• Ensure room ventilation during printing according to standard 3D printing principles.
