Specific values may vary slightly depending on the printer, nozzle, and conditions; below you will find a proven starting range for Prusament PETG:

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 230–250 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 70–90 °C
• Recommended surface: textured or satin PEI sheet (for smooth sheets, thorough cleaning and possibly a separation layer are necessary)
• Print speed: usually 40–60 mm/s
• Cooling: rather low to medium (depending on the detail and shape of the part)

Always check the recommendations in your slicer (e.g. the PrusaSlicer profile for Prusament PETG) before printing and fine‑tune them according to your specific printer.

Storage and handling

PETG is a slightly hygroscopic material, therefore we recommend:

• storing the spool in a sealed box or bag with silica gel,
• if stored for a long time in a humid environment, dry the filament before printing (e.g. 55–60 °C for several hours in a suitable filament dryer).

Proper storage significantly improves surface quality, reduces bubbles in the print, and helps maintain consistent extrusion.
