Prusament ASA Signal White 800g (NFC) is a top-of-the-line ASA filament produced directly at Prusa Research. ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) is considered the true successor to ABS – it offers high temperature resistance up to approximately 93 °C, excellent UV stability, and very good dimensional stability. This makes it ideal for long-term outdoor use and mechanically stressed parts.

The Signal White variant is a bright white, technical shade suitable for functional parts, housings, covers, prototypes, brackets, interior, and exterior parts. The material is wound on a new returnable spool with an NFC tag (OpenPrintTag), which allows compatible printers and applications to read basic information about the material directly from the spool.

• Bed adhesion: ensure a perfectly clean bed surface (e.g., IPA) and optionally use a suitable adhesive.
• Large models: add a skirt / brim / draft shield to minimize corner lifting.
