ASA is a modern successor to ABS that retains high strength, toughness, and heat resistance, but also adds excellent UV stability and lower shrinkage. This makes it ideal for functional and structural parts that must withstand sunlight, weathering, and higher temperatures in the long term.

The Olive Green shade is a muted, technical-looking olive green color suitable for outdoor and industrial parts, mockups, fixtures, and design models where you want subtle colors but still clearly readable details.

Recommended Print Settings (approximate)

Specific values may vary slightly depending on the printer and conditions; we always recommend using the official Prusament ASA profiles for your printer.

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 260 ± 5 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 110 ± 5 °C
• Recommended print surface: satin / textured PEI sheet, or glass with a suitable adhesive agent
• Part cooling: low (approx. 30%) or according to the official profile, rather limited for larger parts
• Recommended:
  • closed printer / enclosure to reduce warping
  • quality ventilation / air filtration due to fumes (ASA contains styrene)
