Product description
NEBULA PETG Gray – gray filament for durable and precise prints
Nebula PETG Gray is a versatile material for everyday 3D printing of technical and design parts. It combines high strength, toughness, and good temperature and chemical resistance, while being easy to print with a low risk of warping.
Why choose Nebula PETG
- Durable functional parts – excellent layer adhesion and increased temperature resistance.
- Chemical resistance – resistant to oils, salts, weak acids, and bases.
- Dimensional stability – diameter accuracy ±0.05 mm for consistent results.
- Smooth, slightly glossy surface – elegant gray color (Gray) masks minor imperfections.
- Print-ready – vacuum-packed with silica gel, clean spool for smooth unwinding.
Recommended print settings
- Nozzle: 220–240 °C
- Bed: 60–90 °C
- Speed: approx. 35–60 mm/s
- Cooling: 0–25% (depending on geometry)
- Enclosure: not required
Tip: For best adhesion use a PEI surface, textured PEI, or glue/spray on smooth glass. Do not print PETG too close to PEI to avoid damaging the surface.
Compatibility and spool
- The manufacturer states compatibility with Bambu AMS. Two spool versions may be in circulation: older ~80 mm width and new ~67 mm (AMS-friendly). Spool dimensions: Ø 200 mm, hole 52 mm.
Packaging
- Vacuum-sealed with silica gel in a cardboard box – the material is protected against moisture and ready for immediate use.
Use cases
- Prototypes, covers and mounts, jigs, thin-walled prints, interior parts, decorative and functional components.
Note
- The material may be suitable for food contact once conditions are met (final part certification required). Store dry; if moisture-absorbed, dry at around 65–70 °C for 4–6 h.
