Igus Tribofilament i190-PF-0175-0750

Igus I190-PF-0175-0750 is a filament designed for 3D printing with high strength and wear resistance. It has a flexural strength of up to 80 MPa and 50 times higher abrasion resistance than ABS.

Additional information:

Igus I190 is characterized by high wear resistance thanks to the solid lubricants it contains. It can be processed on standard 3D printers, although an enclosed printer is recommended. Due to its high wear resistance and excellent mechanical properties (strength, toughness, coating adhesion), it is a versatile material suitable for most applications and 3D printers.

For applications where low friction and high wear resistance are important, if an easy-to-process tribofilament is required, and where higher strengths are needed, Igus I190 is an ideal choice. It is not suitable for applications with long-term temperatures higher than 90°C, underwater or with high humidity, or if a material for food applications is required.
