Candour PLA Basic Gray is a universal PLA filament in a neutral gray color, based on the well-known Bambu Lab PLA Basic Gray in both material and color. It is produced by the same manufacturer using the same formula, so you can rely on very similar printing behavior, strength, and appearance of the prints.
Unlike original Bambu Lab spools, Candour spools do not contain an NFC tag and have a different construction – they cannot be used as a refill for original Bambu Lab spools. The filament is supplied on a classic plastic spool, suitable for most FDM 3D printers.
The Gray color is ideal for technical models, functional parts, miniatures, and design prototypes. The subtly neutral shade hides small layers and imperfections well and is also easy to photograph for presentations or e-shop product shots. For illustration, photos of Bambu Lab PLA Basic Gray can be taken as a reference appearance – the Candour color shade is practically identical.

Printing Recommendations
- Before printing, degrease the printing surface well (isopropyl alcohol, technical spirit).
