Candour PLA Basic Cocoa Brown 1 kg is a versatile PLA filament in an elegant brown shade Cocoa Brown, ideal for everyday 3D printing. The material and color shade correspond to the filament Bambu Lab PLA Basic Cocoa Brown, as they come from the same manufacturer. You get the same printing properties and identical color, but in the Candour version.

Unlike original Bambu Lab spools:

• Candour spools do not contain an NFC/RFID tag – the printer does not recognize them automatically,
• spools are not compatible as refills for Bambu Lab spools – they cannot be snapped into original refill spool systems.

The filament is supplied on a standard plastic spool and is suitable for most open and closed FDM 3D printers with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm.

Printing Recommendations

Parameters are based on recommendations for Bambu Lab PLA Basic, for which this material is equivalent:

• Nozzle temperature: approx. 190–230 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 35–45 °C (can also be printed on a cold bed depending on the surface)
• Recommended print speed: standard 50–150 mm/s, material also handles high-speed printing on modern printers
• Fan: 100% for better details and bridging

Specific settings may vary depending on the printer, bed type, and cooling system. For best results, we recommend:

• perform a small test print and fine-tune the nozzle temperature within the recommended range,
• use an adhesive agent or a textured plate for maximum first layer adhesion,
• store the filament in a dry place, ideally in a resealable box with silica gel.
