  • Nozzle temperature: approximately 230–250 °C (controlled by the profile in Bambu Studio)
  • Bed temperature: approx. 35–60 °C depending on the printer and bed type
  • Print speed: rather lower; use the default TPU 90A profile in Bambu Studio (do not increase max volumetric speed)
  • Print bed: smooth or textured PEI plate, usually without glue
  • High hygroscopicity: dry the filament before printing according to the manufacturer's recommendations (tens of hours at increased temperature depending on the type of printer/dryer)

TPU is soft and sensitive to retraction and feed speed settings. Make sure to use the official Bambu TPU 90A profile in Bambu Studio and follow the manufacturer's recommended procedure.
