Bambu PAHT-CF

Bambu PAHT-CF is a composite of PA12 and carbon fiber. Thanks to the advantages of the low water absorption of PA12 and high-performance carbon fibers, Bambu PAHT-CF provides excellent mechanical and thermal properties, which it maintains even when in contact with water. Higher Z-axis layer adhesion and flexibility make it ideal for manufacturing engineering parts such as functional prototypes, machining jigs, injection molds, fixtures, and parts for low-volume production.

Low water absorption

With 50% lower water absorption compared to regular PA-CF, Bambu PAHT-CF retains excellent mechanical properties and dimensional stability even when exposed to high humidity. paht-cf

Designed for high heat resistance

The flexural heat resistance of PAHT-CF is up to 194°C (0.45MPa), which makes it useful for applications where printed parts are exposed to high temperatures without deformation or loss of strength.

Reusable spool

Bambu PAHT-CF comes with a high-temperature-resistant spool that is not prone to deformation during the drying process. This spool is reusable with other Bambu refills, reducing plastic waste.

Smart printing with RFID

  • Drying settings (Oven): 80 °C, 8 - 12 hours
  • Nozzle temperature: 260 - 290 °C
  • Bed temperature (with glue): 80 - 100 °C
