Bambu Lab PA6‑GF is a PA6 nylon reinforced with glass fibers, developed specifically for 3D printing on Bambu Lab printers as well as other compatible machines. In the blue variant Blue (72600) you get not only top‑class mechanical properties, but also a professional‑looking surface with a fine texture.

This filament is designed for functional prototypes, end-use parts and mechanically stressed components, where common materials such as PLA, PETG or standard nylon are not sufficient.

Printing recommendations

PA6‑GF is an engineering filament – for stable printing you need an enclosed chamber and dry filament.

Typical settings (indicative, vary by printer and profile):

• Diameter: 1,75 mm ± 0,03 mm
• Nozzle temperature: approx. 260–290 °C
• Bed temperature: approx. 80–110 °C
• Recommended nozzle type: hardened (brass can wear out quickly due to the glass fibers)
• Enclosed chamber: recommended / required for consistent results
• Drying: dry before printing (nylon is highly hygroscopic)

Warning: a 0,2 mm nozzle is not compatible; a stainless steel nozzle is not recommended. For long service life, choose nozzles made from hardened steel or other wear‑resistant materials.
