Bambu Lab PA6-CF black 1 kg

Bambu Lab PA6-CF black 1 kg is PA6, also known as Nylon 6, reinforced with carbon fibers. It is suitable for functional and structural parts requiring high strength and rigidity in dry environments, along with resistance to heat and impacts. The package contains 1 kg of black filament with a diameter of 1,75 mm on a reusable high-temperature spool.

The manufacturer recommends PA6-CF for printing jigs, clamps, mechanical components, and other structural or technical parts used in dry environments.

What you need for printing

PA6-CF is sensitive to moisture, so dry it before printing and store it in a sealed container with desiccant during use. The manufacturer specifies printing in an enclosed printer.

• Drying before printing: 80 °C for 8-12 hours
• Recommended nozzle: hardened steel, diameter 0,6 mm
• Supported nozzle diameters: 0,4, 0,6 and 0,8 mm
• Nozzle temperature: 260-290 °C
• Build plate temperature with adhesive: 80-100 °C
• Print speed: less than 100 mm/s

Important before ordering

A 0,2 mm nozzle is not compatible, and the manufacturer does not recommend stainless steel nozzles. This filament is not compatible with AMS or AMS lite systems.
